195 paintings analyzed by international arts experts, compared with other work of the painter in question, juxtaposed to source material and other forms of inspiration make up these 10 minute films which have changed the way we look at art today. Five representative works from one museum also bring to light treasures which are characteristic for collections such as Moma, Louvre, Prado, Hermitage, Tate, Whitney, Stedelijk and many others.
